The Becoming One Health & Wellness Fair was founded by the visionary Brittany Foster Cathron with a mission to bring healing, hope, and health awareness to women. What began as a women-centered initiative quickly opened its doors to include men and children, creating a welcoming space for all. The event was filled with shopping, networking, and powerful moments of women’s empowerment. With Year 2 in the works, stay tuned for next year’s date and more exciting opportunities to connect and grow with us.

Testimony Time! Brittany Foster Cathron Had a Becoming one wellness fair about 2 Saturdays ago. It had an amazing tone of God's grace, mercy, & forgiveness. It was so heartwarming to see women coming together. God declared your gifts will make room for you (proverbs 18:16) & for every woman in the building he did just that. Pictured below is me being awarded for being a star vendor but I was being the women God created me to be. I am so grateful to have been in attendance & Dr. Q was an amazing speaker. -Sierra Young

First giving honor and praise to God. Lord, I thank You for the vision you gave Brittany over 4 years ago. Today Healing Hands Ministry has touched the lives of many, myself included. I started attending the meetings and each time, I felt a shifting. We as children of God and as women, we wear our masks well, so well that we tend to forget when or even why we put them on, some do to past hurt, past pains or just covering up the past. Attending the meetings and hearing the stories of others opened up old wounds, battle scars you might call them, and I to received a breakthrough. 

I was invited to speak at one of her events. My topic was on Grief, Loss and God. When we experience loss, we often times continue moving through life, holding in or on to the pain, in private. While smiling in public… when I heard a young lady speak at one of the meeting, I began to understand, the true power of testimonies. Testimonies are for sharing, the sharing also brings about a release, not just for you but for others as well.  Brittany invited me to speak on grief, and after that meeting things began to change, as I saw the effects it had on a young lady who had lost her brother, I realized I was wearing my smile while carrying my pain. I thank God for her, she had no idea. Only God can use others to help in your breakthrough with such grace, that you don’t see it until you see and feel it, but God.  I did not understand it until the tears started flowing and the release actually happened. Thank you, Brittany Cathron, continue doing what God has placed in you, as others are truly being healed and set free, at Healing Hands Ministry.
